  • Deep clean everything. This will be your most time-consuming task yet, but it can be a fun one if you want it to be! Ask your friends and family to come pitch in, play some music, and do some deep cleaning of the property while paying extra attention to the kitchen, bathrooms, and the inside and outside of the windows. 
  • Organize cabinets, closets, and drawers. Out of sight should not translate into out of mind in this situation. Step 2: Small Repairs

  • Replace bulbs that might not be working

Step 3: Don’t Overlook Curb Appeal

But if a house doesn’t hold any curb appeal for you, you might disregard it completely. Keep this in mind when you are putting your house up for sale. Here are a few things you can do:

  • Trim bushes, shrubs, and trees 
  • Repair broken gutters
  • Apply new mulch, river rock, and pea gravel into your yard
  • Clean and repair driveways and walkways
  • Add some pretty pots
